Breakfast fruit smoothie


Ingredients


1 grapefruit (pink if possible for extra colour), peeled, deseeded and cut into chunks
1 mango, halved eith side of the stone, the flesh scooped out and cut away from the stone
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
ice cubes to serve

Method


Place the grapefruit, mango and banana in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass over ice.
