Tomato and carrot


Fiery orange top

Blend carrot juice, tomatoes and honeydew then add Tobasco sauce to create a delightful spicy drink.


2 medium tomatoes
6 cubes of crushed ice.
200g / 7 oz honeydew melon
1 carrot or use 50mL/ 1 fl oz carrot juice if you don't have a juice extractor.
Tobasco sauce

Use an extractor to juice the carrot. Add crushed ice, tomato and honeydew. Blend until smooth. Add Tobasco sauce to taste. Garnish with red chilli peppers.
