Orange smoothie

A citrus speciality. This smoothie is packed with Vitamin C.



2 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
juice of large lemon
200g frozen raspberries
150ml/ 7 fl oz orange juice
crushed ice to serve


Put the orange juice and lemon juice in blender first, then add the raspberries and oranges and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass over crushed ice.
