Healthy smoothie


Ingredients


8 ice cubes
4 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
10g/ 1/2 oz wheatgrass
2 tsp flax seed oil

Method


Place the ice cubes in the blender and whiz. Add the kiwi fruit, then wheatgrass and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
